How do I request a reservation?

Owners can make reservation requests via their pet profile portal. If you would like to add on refresher boarding days please email our team directly to check if refresher boarding dates are available. If you are having issues requesting it via the portal our team can create a reservation request for you.

Typically approval happens within 24-48 hrs. If you made your request during our days off (Mondays and Tuesdays) your request will be approved on our next business day (Wednesday-Sunday)

A great alternate to us is Blair Graham with Wuff Da PNW. She is located in Ballard,WA. Many of our owners have used her services when we are unable to accommodate their dog during a requested stay. Blair understands our communication system really well and is able to provide a structured stay for your pup.

Blair does require a meet and greet prior to acceptance into her boarding program or day care program.

Of course! It is never too soon. If you have travel plans happening during your 90 day transition packet we are more than happy to care for your pup so that your training does not go to waste. All we need is as much notice in advance to ensure we have the space to care for your pup. Please note when you pick up your dog you may have to take some steps back in your transition packet to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

For any holiday stays we recommend you book months in advanced since we have very limited availability and book up fast. You can always email our team with any questions.

Because we know plans change we are one of the few companies that do not require a deposit for requested boarding. If your plans change please let our team know as soon as possible so that we may offer that slot to another owner.

*Payment is due at day of Drop Off (Dogs first day of boarding). Please have payment ready at time of drop off. In order for your dog to be checked in payment must be made.

We unfortunately can no longer make exceptions.

Please pack the following:

– Assigned Equipment with dogs name

– Please label all Medication (if applicable) with written instructions

– If dogs diet has changed please provide written food portion instructions on food bin.

– Please label your Airtight food container with dogs name

– If dog is not destructive with bedding you are more than welcome to provide bedding that is labeled with dogs name

-Please ensure your dog is up to date on dewormer

If you have not contacted your trainer in a while prior to a maintenance or Refresher boarding stay please give them an update on where your dogs training is.

Drop off hours are between 9:30 am-6 pm

When you arrive on property please text our business line. Please follow the parking sign instructions. Do not exit the vehicle until instructed to do so by a team member.

If your dog has ever struggled with human aggression and the muzzle was assigned as part of their equipment please have dog muzzled prior to handing dog over to our kennel assistant or trainer. The safety of our team is a high priority along with your your dogs training success.

Pick-up hours are between 9:30 am-6 pm

Please be ready to guide your dog and use the pick-up time as a training opportunity. We understand owners are excited to see their pups however please remember your dog’s training and ensure they are in the right mindset.

For these scenarios we recommend you drop your pup off the day before your departure time. Another option would be a family member can drop your dog off during our business hours. Please let our team know ahead of time if someone other than the listed owners will be dropping off your dog.

If your flight arrives after business hours, owners will have to pick up the day after. In cases of an emergency only a listed emergency contact would be able to pick up your dog from our care during business hours.
